Turn a table from a PDF, scan or photo into an editable Excel file. Compare cells with the original, correct recognition errors and download XLSX or CSV.

How to convert a PDF table to Excel
- Upload a PDF, PNG or JPG and choose the document language.
- Compare recognized rows and columns with the original. Check every number and edit cells.
- Click “Excel (.xlsx)” below the table you need. Tables download separately; CSV is available alongside it.
If no table is detected, the result remains plain text. You can download Word or TXT, but there will be no XLSX table.
Keep codes and numbers as text
Every XLSX cell uses text format: 00007 retains leading zeros, 0,00 retains its comma and long identifiers are not rounded. Formula-like values also remain text.
This preserves recognized spelling, not OCR accuracy. Review the data before converting selected columns to numbers for calculations.
Supported tables
The first version supports printed Russian and English text in simple rectangular tables with a complete grid. Take photos straight on, with good lighting and readable lines and characters.
Merged cells, borderless tables, handwriting and complex layouts are not reconstructed. Perspective, glare and blur may cause errors or prevent table detection. Totals are not checked automatically.

Can I recognize a table from a photo?
Yes, upload a PNG or JPG with a readable simple table and a complete grid. Always compare the result with the photo.
Should I choose Excel or CSV?
Choose XLSX to preserve codes and number spelling. CSV uses UTF-8 and a semicolon delimiter; import columns as text. Formula-like values, including negative numbers, are prefixed with an apostrophe in CSV.
How long are files available?
Results are available for 1 hour after completion. Unfinished jobs expire within 24 hours. Use “Delete files” to delete the job sooner.
