How to transcribe a recording

  1. Choose an audio or video file and the speech language. Automatic detection is intended for a single-language recording.
  2. Wait for the result. Click a timestamp to listen from that point and correct the transcript.
  3. Download Word or TXT with timestamps, or SRT / VTT subtitles.

Review the result

Names, numbers, terms and punctuation may be incorrect. Timestamps are approximate; speakers are not separated. Noise, music and overlapping voices can reduce quality. If no speech is detected, the service reports it.

Upload recordings you have the right to use. Results are available for 1 hour after completion and can be deleted sooner. New uploads are temporarily disabled when the processor is unavailable.
